Brian Hicks is a veteran public affairs official having served in numerous capacities in the federal and state government and on local, state and national political campaigns. He is a battle-tested strategist who is well respected for his vision, integrity and achievements. As an entrepreneurial businessman himself, he has long-standing relationships with business leaders throughout Ohio and the country.
Ann Hamilton: Vice President
Ann Hamilton is an accomplished communications professional with experience reaching from a governor’s office to Capitol Hill. She adeptly handles strategic communications and public relations for public- and private-sector clients and represents client matters with members of Congress.
Emily D. Turner: Economic Development Specialist
Emily Turner is a seasoned economic development and business incentives professional. With over 15 years of experience, Turner has helped clients secure millions of dollars of state and local tax credits, loans and grants. In addition, Turner has helped numerous cities develop community reinvestment areas, local tax improvement districts, tax abatement agreements, and other incentives to improve local economic development.
Marti Brenner: Economic Development Specialist
Marti Brenner is an economic development specialist at Hicks Partners, LLC. She provides consulting services ranging from analyzing prospective sites to securing public financing, property tax abatements, tax credits, wage assessments, training grants and other discretionary/statutory incentives.
Charlotte Gillespie: Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Charlotte Gillespie’s many years of experience in supporting top executives of central Ohio businesses have prepared her well for her role as office manager and executive assistant. Her experience and skill in “all things administrative” provide valuable support to Hicks Partners’ managers and clients.
